Therapeutic or Reflective writing is a creative practice that can help people tap into their unconscious thoughts and offer insights. I can offer 1-1 help or small groups. You don’t have to be a writer to benefit from this - you can just have an interest in the process. Different practices can be covered using short prose, journalling, and poetry.
